Dr. Roberts, CEO, educator, child development expert, and author with 40+ years of experience, founded The Smart Centers of Child Development and Education, including Smart Center Academy (K–12) and K.W. Reed Christian Academy for Boys. She teaches at the University of Pennsylvania and partners with the Penn Literacy Network.

Damean Freas, DO, FAAPMR is the Chief Executive Officer for Clearway Pain Solutions LLC. He is board certified and fellowship trained in pain medicine. In 2016, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan appointed Dr. Freas as the Chairman, Maryland Board of Physicians. The Maryland Board is the third largest in the country in terms of the number of licensed professionals that they oversee. Dr. Freas is the youngest Chairman in the Board’s history.

He has authored 100+ publications, contributed to national guidelines on food allergies, served as NIH reviewer, and is an associate editor for multiple gastroenterology journals.

Jennifer B. Litchman was named senior vice president for external relations Jan 5, 2018, expanding her previous duties at the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB). In this role, Litchman fulfills a wide breadth of responsibilities, overseeing communications and public affairs, government affairs, and community engagement.

Dr. Ronald J. Rapuano is a retired Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who served Ridgewood, NJ for over 50 years. A UMDNJ graduate (1972), he specialized in facial reconstruction, jaw surgery, trauma care, TMJ treatment, and implants. He led Valley Hospital’s department and a private practice in Glen Rock. Now retired, he advises Musicat TV’s Dental Health Board on youth oral care and hygiene.

A licensed clinical psychologist and founder of Annapolis Child and Family Therapy Center, John treats children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples for depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, trauma, behavioral issues, and relationship difficulties. He uses a collaborative approach, viewing all clients as equal partners in the treatment process.

Ryan Shookman
Mr. Shookman, based in Baltimore, directs a 30-student music studio, serves as music director at New Light Lutheran Church, and represents classical music on LARA’s board. He performs widely, has directed 25+ theatre productions, and contributed over $100,000 to charity in 2019 through his musical and theatrical work.
