Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to youth aged 7-16 years of age and kids below 7 years can participate with an adult mentor. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian to enter the contest.

2. Submission Guidelines
  • All recording entries must be original and submitted in one of the formats: mp3, m4a, aac
  • All jingle lyrics must be original and should be submitted only in PDF format
  • Each jingle must be no longer than 20 words and should promote a healthy lifestyle, food, drink, or exercise.
  • Participants must submit their entries via the official entry form on https://MusicatTV.com/contests
  • Entries must include the participant's full name, email address, and the jingle in audio and/or text.
3. Contest Period

The contest begins and ends on the dates mentioned on the contest page. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

4. Selection of Winners
  • All entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and relevance to the theme.
  • The winners will be announced on our website and social media platforms.
5. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. Musicat LLC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

By submitting an entry, participants agree to transfer the jingle lyrics and the audio ownership rights to Musicat LLC. They may be used, reproduced, and displayed for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation.

7. Disqualification

Entries that are found to be plagiarized, offensive, or in violation of these terms will be disqualified.

8. Liability

Musicat LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, lost submissions, or disputes arising from the contest.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding.
