Find Your Beat Lyric Challenge Guidelines

To participate, all contestants and their families must read and agree to the following:

  • Eligibility

    Open to youth ages 6 to 18 worldwide.

    All entries by minors (under 18) must include signed parental or guardian consent.

    Musicat TV may contact the parent/guardian listed for verification before finalizing prize awards.

  • Submission Format

    Submit a lyric in 20 words or fewer about how you “find your beat” or what positivity means to you.

    Formats accepted:

    • Written text
    • Voice recording
    • Video clip (smartphone-friendly)

    You may include your own beat or rhythm, but it is not required.

  • Deadline

    Submissions must be received by deadline mentioned on the contest page.

  • How to Submit

    Upload your entry at: www.musicattv.com/contests

    Required with each entry:

    • Participant’s name, age, and city
    • Entry file (text/audio/video)
    • Contact email for parent/guardian
    • Signed Parental Consent Form (for all under 18)

  • Ownership and Usage Rights

    You retain ownership of your lyric.

    By submitting, you grant Musicat TV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submission in:

    • Broadcast episodes
    • Musicat promotions and events
    • Educational materials

    Your name may appear with your work if selected, unless otherwise requested.

  • Judging Criteria

    • Positivity and message
    • Creativity and originality
    • Relevance to the “Find Your Beat” theme
    • Clarity of delivery (in any format)

  • Prizes

    • Exclusive signed prize package from JAX
    • Honorable mentions may be featured in Musicat videos and partner hospitals

  • General Terms

    • No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
    • Musicat TV reserves the right to cancel or modify contest rules or dates.
    • All judges’ decisions are final.
